Then if you are in a state of fear, you pray by walking or by traveling; if you are safe, then you remember Lord Allah just like He has taught you what you were not knowing before.
It is told in verse 4: 103 that indeed, prayer is a time prescribed duty upon the believers. Without Adhikr which is the Permission of Lord, nobody becomes a believer as told in verse 10: 100. And without being a believer no deed such as prayer, charity, fasting, and pilgrimage will be accepted. Instead, he will get Hell as a penalty as told in verses 25: 33-34 and 65-66. The prayer of the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr will increase them nothing except astray as told in verses 13: 14 and 40: 50. The Fujjar are the worst creatures for being deaf and dumb towards Adhikr as explained in verse 8: 22. While they are standing for prayer, they are seeing the sexual organs of the opposite genders by their heart due to unawareness of the Recording Book fastened upon their neck as explained in verses 17: 13-14. They are those who didn’t transform their Jinn soulmate into a believer with Adhikr as explained in verses 3: 101-102. So at the time of Fujjar’s death, Lord will tell him that he didn’t testify the Truth Adhikr, so he didn’t perform prayer as told in verse 75: 31.
Today, as there is no group of believers, there is no congressional prayer. The odd believer should follow prayer and lifestyle as explained in verses 7: 205-206. See explanation 2: 43-44, 144, and 152-153.
